That's the first city on the Russian Golden Ring. It has an absolutely gorgeous lavra, proclaimed as a cultural heritage as early as 1960s (in USSR!)
I had settled in Moscow for a couple of months, October-November 2024. After some strolls with my buddies there was a lull around November, when my depression strengthened. But at the end of the month I took charge (a bit late, I only had 2 weeks remaining) and started to ride to the promising spots during weekends.
On November 23rd I took photos of Vladimir Church in the western Moscow, a new and quite good specimen of church architecture. On 24th I took an express to Sergiyev Posad.
